SSAFA and me:now press release

Start-up me:now launches 40% affiliate scheme with SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity

me:now is the world’s first time-based marketing platform, and the start-up has teamed with SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity to raise much-needed funds. me:now has pledged to give SSAFA 40% of the fees paid by any business that signs up to its service using the code SSAFA.

This is an affiliate plan unlike any other. Normal affiliate schemes are limited to a one-off payment, but me:now will keep paying SSAFA every month for up to a year, and the company’s 40% donation is double what most affiliate schemes will pay.

Not only that, but the small businesses that sign up to me:now’s premium service using the code SSAFA will get two months for free. The premium tier usually costs £35pcm.

The me:now app allows small businesses to advertise what they do, as well as when they’re free. This means restaurants, physios, dog groomers, and many other business types can make more money by filling diary gaps. The platform is also 100% GDPR compliant.

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, provides lifelong support to anyone who is currently serving or has ever served in the forces, and their families. This includes both regulars and reserves.

Barry Thompson, CEO of me:now, said: “As a RAF veteran myself, I understand all too well the help and support SSAFA provide to all the services and their families. We’re immensely proud to be able to support them through the me:now app.

Affiliate schemes are usually very restrictive, but our 40% affiliate plan means small business owners can really make a difference to this important charity without it costing them a penny more.

Small business owners who want to take advantage of the two free months and help SSAFA – the Armed Forces charity, should download the me:now app and use the code SSAFA when signing up.
