North Korean missile threat intensifies …

US President Trump has threatened action amid reports that North Korea may attack US territory.

North Korea is reported to be considering missile strikes on the US Pacific island of Guam, which is home to a major military base.

The report quoted a military statement, which is believed to have been issued in response to US military exercises on the island.

Britain’s new aircraft carrier has been undergoing sea trials since it was launched in July.
