Nominations for the CVQO Westminster Award 2018 – the annual award for young people who are registered on, or have completed, a CVQO-led qualification – are still open.

The competition recognises selfless, determined individuals who have overcome adversity or a personal challenge or have gone the extra mile to help others. Nominees must have been born between 1 September 1999 and 31 August 2001, and be enrolled on or have completed a CVQO-led qualification.

The nominations are the first step in a selection process that will see 10 finalists rewarded with a trip to South Africa in summer 2018.

ACF instructors are encouraged to nominate their cadets and if you are a cadet, and you think you fit the criteria, you can ask to be nominated. The deadline for nominations is 21 January 2018.
