THE Ministry of Defence is seeking views on plans for a new building at Faslane.

A pre-application consultation will take place in Garelochhead on Monday, February 12, to allow people to view and comment on the plans.

The proposed building, which is part of the expansion plans for HM Naval Base Clyde, looks at creating a five storey building of 13,221 square metres which would incorporate meeting, storage, plant and classrooms as well as toilet and shower areas. The event will run in Centre 81 from 3-8pm.

For more, contact William Weir, project manager of Mott MacDonald Limited by emailing before March 5.
